Starting my yoga journey was overwhelming at first. As a beginner, I really struggled to keep up with more experienced yogis. It was frustrating to try to mimic their poses without understanding my body’s proper alignment, and it often led to me injuring myself. I felt disheartened and discouraged during those early days.
After completing my yoga teacher training, I have been teaching both group and private classes. I noticed that many beginner practitioners struggle with the same issues that I faced, often leading them to give up on yoga.
Yoga brings so many wonderful benefits once you learn how to incorporate it into your everyday life. I’m really passionate about making sure that everyone who practices yoga with me truly grasps the heart of yoga and tailors it to suit their own bodies, focusing on proper alignment to get the most out of their yoga practice.
