Hi I’m Noi Pawirat, the Self-Care Goddess & the founder of Self-Care with Yoga & Mindfulness. I support busy women to take self-care in action to ease stress, supercharge their energy for a healthy mind, empowered life through practicing yoga & Mindfulness in both on and off the mat.
I’m from Thailand but living abroad with my family. We’ve moved from one country to another for more than a decade. To live with changing and new environments all the time can be stressful, and difficult to create a healthy lifestyle.
I used to eat whatever I could find, sleep late at night and drink lots of alcohol. I thought that could help to relax my mind and release stress from daily life.
I gained lots of weight during my first pregnancy and wanted to get back to my normal weight. I forced myself to do extreme exercise and dieting which made me to stressed and depressed. I felt weak, I got an unknown allergy which made me feel itchy all over my body and I could’t stop myself from scratching my skin. I woke up with blocked sinuses and sneezing every morning.
I wanted to feel alive, have more energy to deal with everyday life challenge, and live a joyful life. I started to practice yoga regularly, and applied mindfulness into my lifestyle.
Both yoga and mindfulness taught me how to take self-care action with discipline and compassion. I gently changed my way of living. I haven’t experienced allergies for years, I breathe better and my sinuses are no longer blocked. I heal faster when I am sick and feel more energetic, healthier, stronger, and happier in everyday life.
