Hi Gorgeous, I’m Noi Pawirat and I’m getting 44 year old soon.
Once I reached my 40s, I noticed some changes in my body. Often experience difficulty digestion, bloating, tiredness, and mood swings.
Yoga can help relieve symptoms, but it didn’t get forever result. It seems like one piece is missing. Once I studied more about Ayurveda and a plant-based diet, it made sense that we need to look through all aspects of self-care to transform our overall health and well-being. It’s essential to take care of ourselves with a healthy diet and maintain our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
I changed my diet and the way of living, all the practice in the course, I have used and practiced myself. And with a short time, I notice the difference in my body and mind. I feel fresh, energized, and at peace.
