As a busy mum with work & family, I struggled to find balance in my life. There was too much ‘to-do list’, which made me stressed and burned out.  I was emotionally overwhelmed from time to time.  Since then I learned to live more mindfully and take self-care from the heart which helps me find peace in my busy schedule. I’m more confident and feel self-love to create joy in my life. 

I’m here to guide you towards the path of peace.  Offering a combination of yoga & mindfulness that aligns with your soul both on and off the mat.  Together we’ll leave the stress behind as we embrace your new feelings of love and peacefulness. You really can have it all, but you need to prioritise your self-care. 

Move from feeling burned out to be at peace and feel love again with my 5 weeks program…

This program is for busy women who struggle to find balance in a busy schedule, and you feel exhausted and lack self-care motivation. This makes you feel burned out, and you want to move from burned to be at peace and feel with self-love around everyday life’s challenge. 

You’ll learn to take self-care in action from the heart, through practice yoga movement & mindfulness, including breathing, mudra, mantra, and meditation that are unique for your soul. 

Week 1 Return…

Return to self to bing your long lost soul back home, and create a self-care foundation to develop self-love.

  • Get clarity on your self-care vision base from your energy system to find a self-care plan and actions that resonate with your soul. 
  • Explore your heart centre with practicing yoga, breathing together with mudra and mantra to bring your soul back home. 

Week 2 Re-Align..

When we are misaligned with our soul we let our energy out all over the place leading to feeling burned out.  This week you’ll bring your soul back into alignment to create inner peace. 

  • You’ll learn to take mindful action to re-align your soul based on your energetic system.
  • You’ll learn to develop an act of courage from your root chakra, and you’ll practice yoga & mindfulness meditation to slow down and be in the present to find peace.  


Week 3 Renew

A mindful cleansing process to helps clear the old blockage to rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul.

  • You’ll practice a mindful cleansing process to let go from your old habit that no longer serve you. 
  • You’ll practice yoga and breathing to clear out the old blockages from your energetic body system.


Week 4 Re-Align

You’ll learn to tap into your feminine energy, the love within that helps to renew your energy.

  • You’ll learn to be mindful, create self-compassion to renew your energy.
  • You’ll practice yoga to restore your energy.


Week 5 Light up your power from the heart

You’ll learn to create the soul vision that helps you live more mindful, and you can light up your power whenever you’re facing a challenging time in life.

  • You’ll create the soul vision plan through self-care meditation and mindful writting to nourish your body, mind, and soul.
  • You’ll practice yoga to light up your power from the heart.

How the program work: 

  • We meet on Zoom for 1 hour/session for 2 times/week, means you’ll have 10 sessions with me in total. 
  • In every session, I’ll guide you though all practice. 
  • A handout tips and tools weekly for you to easily practice at home. 
  • I’ll support you through the journey with step by step that you can apply into your busy schedule.

I’m not flexible, I don’t have a yoga body?

You don’t need to be flexible to do yoga, the unique about this program is a one-on-one program that I’ll help you create a unique practice for your body. 

What if I miss some session?

I can’t do meditation, my mind can’t concentrate.

Therefore, mindfulness is base on meditation, but you don’t have to sit for meditating. I’ll guid you on bringing meditation into your busy life to enhance your life with simple and practical
